Challenge

Translate European brand campaigns for the Dutch market—across digital, TV, and retail—while managing post-importer transition.

Approach

We saw an opportunity beyond translation. Instead of adapting each campaign separately, we centralized the Dutch experience around kia.nl, turning it into a full-funnel digital hub.

We also developed DealerDesk, a tool that enabled local teams to produce brand-compliant materials quickly and efficiently.
