Unite Yamaha’s products, events, dealers, and experiences into one immersive digital platform.

Approach

We built a 360° interactive map—a digital world where users could explore everything Yamaha had to offer, in one place.

But we moved too fast. The product launched with too many features and not enough user input or marketing support.

Results

While it didn’t achieve its commercial goals, the project became a turning point. It taught us to start small, test early, and build around real user behavior—not ambition alone.
